WHAT IS SWINBURNE SPORT?

The TAFE operation of Swinburne
University Sport and Recreation,
Swinergy, was implemented in
December 2005 as a strategic
response to VSU legislation.

Swinergy is a Vocational training centre, providing four key services, within the department of Health, Recreation and Human Services.

All of the programs and services, including the Gymnasium, are conducted by Swinburne University students enrolled in our TAFE courses in Sport, Recreation and Fitness. Students are under the supervision of our qualified staff members.

Whilst operating a facility on
the Hawthorn campus, it is
Swinergy's goal to offer a range
of services across all campuses,
through recreation programs,
fitness classes, sporting clubs
and more.
